Larry Davis

Larry is a native New Yorker, a teacher, and a self-taught, award winning photographer. He has been making miniature black and white Polaroid transfers since 1990. Larry craetes his tiny transferrd images to establish as intimacy between the viewer and the subject. He manages to enter the world of his subjects and, with both empathy and respect, presents a glimpse of their lives to the viewer in a style reminiscent of earlier forms of photography.
