David Fox

The artist was born in London, UK and moved to New York shortly after undergraduate studies. He has painted independently since 1981, exhibiting his work in new York and around the United States. He first came to public notice during the heyday of the East Village scene in NY where he exhibited his first solo show of figurative paintings. Although his work has touched on diverse themes over the years, it is the human form which continues to fascinate him and inform his art.
